ip - Image 1Whoa that was fast, just hours after the release of the official iPhone OS 3.0 beta 5, the iPhone Dev-Team has confirmed that they have already jailbroken the fifth beta of OS 3.0 using the iPhone 3G. And that's not all. The Dev-Team also states that unless Apple changes the hardware of the iPhone, nothing will stop them from jailbreaking future iPhone OS.

But because of so many beta updates from Apple every week, the Dev-Team says that they do not intend to release the jailbreak anytime soon and would rather wait for the final version of OS 3.0.

They also remind everyone who uses yellowsn0w to not mess with the 3.0 beta releases since it may render your unit unable to be unlocked in the future. So expect the new versions of PwnageTool and QuickPwn as soon as OS 3.0 gets the final release.

This post is pure nonsense
Every jailbroken iphone owner knows that Apple is not trying to patch Jailbreak in the iPhone OS 3.0 betas probably neither the public release
You can just jailbreak the latest beta with Jailbreak withouth effort just put it in like any other firmware
You say it's special it's jailbroken in hours, it can be done in seconds because it isn't protected any further then all others releases
