VLC - Image 1iPhone coding whiz ZodTTD has finally release vlc4iphone to the public. The last release was back in September - the v1.0.0 Beta version. Ever since then, he's been a bit of a dilemma due to the appearance of mplayer. That's not stopping ZodTTD though, as he assumes that some users would still want to use vlc4iphone's unique features like the ShoutCast Internet radio browser/player, or the ability to stream video and audio content from PC to iPhone.

Ocarina - first true musial instrument for the iPhone - Image 1A new iPhone "instrument" program called Ocarina is out, hailing itself as the device's "first true musical instrument." Unlike other "instruments" that make you tap or shake the iPhone for tunes, this one has you blowing on it like you would a real Ocarina. It also calls a horse to your side and allows you to travel through time.

Vid of the Ocarina after the Link. Get it? Link? Oh, forget you.
